Founder & CEO
A Talent Development Expert with 20 years of experience leading high-performing teams in Fortune 500 and global corporations, Donna Winfrey partners with organizations to cultivate, accelerate, and multiply leadership excellence.
Donna’s passion for supporting leaders at critical moments along their leadership journey developed during her corporate career serving organizations and the people within them. She gained expertise in identifying and developing key leaders at all levels and across various functions in diverse industries including technology, non-profit, hospitality, energy, and managed services. As a Human Resources generalist and Talent and Organizational Development specialist, she partnered with executives, functional leaders, and high-potential managers to expand their insight, skills, and impact.
In her functional leadership roles, Donna built talented teams recognized for their creativity and dedication to business and people success. Working collaboratively, some of her favorite accomplishments include:
